Nanotechnology in medicine

How are you everyone ?
I am thanking you for check it and comment it.

my subject today about Nanotechnology but in the medicine.

1. Definition for Nano.

Nano is a prefix that mean : thing is very or out of small or at a microscopic level.
Nano = One billionth of nano something. for example: nano second = one over one billionth of a second.

2. definition for Nanotechnology : it is the functional system of engineering.

In the basic definition : it is any technology thing that we use it with nano scale

3. Definition of Nano medicine or Nano Medicine:  is the application of nanotechnology in medicine. For example, medical diagnostics and therapy

4. History for the Nanotechnology :

- The Scientists began the work on nanotechnology in the late of 1950s without call it name.
- Its name began in 1979 by defining professor Norio Tanicoshi in his paper published in the scientific conference of the Japan Society of Engineering minute where he said (that Nanotechnology is based on separation processes, integration, and the restructuring of materials by one atom or molecule).
- The scientist said that the nanotechnology is the fifth generation after microprocessor.
- began work on nanotechnology in medicine in 2005.

5. Applications for someone who has taken an advantage from nanotechnology in medicine :

"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""''''''''
there are a little of the application of it until now because we are in the beginning of the revolution for the nano medicine. I will mention the some of the applications:

Drug Delivery-drug is encapsulated in a nano particle which helps it pass through the stomach to deliver the drug into the bloodstream.

Diagnostic and Imaging Techniques may be used in the for locating cancer tumors in patients and in performing diagnostic tests. As Nano particles can attach to proteins or other molecules, allowing detection of disease indicators in a lab sample at a very early stage

Anti-Microbial Techniques : nano medication applications use the nano crystalline silver isas  as an antimicrobial agent for the treatment of wounds.

6. Future application for the nanotechnology in medicine:

Actually there are unbelievable technology that may occurs in medicine, and revolution of the ambitions that possible to achieve, I will mention a little of it :

use of technology in the treatment of diabetes:
Succeeded University (Illinois) in the United States in the development of a nano-technology engineer. implants in the body works to regulate blood sugar, singing diabetics for insulin injections.
the Beautiful things is they will descend on the market soon.

Tissue engineering:
Nanotechnology can help in the process of manufacture or repair damaged tissue; exploit the process of cell proliferation artificially raised by nano-particles and growth factors. And that technology may become one day substitute for the transfer of members or synthetic. On the other hand tissue engineering remains captive ethical controversy concerning the use of stem cells.

Nano-sized robot (nano-robot):

Will direct nano-medicine this robot to repair or to discover the damage and infection. To follow up the work of the robot can we use magnetic resonance. First will be injected in the body of the robot is heading to the member or diseased tissue and doctor will follow the line of the robot to ensure that he arrived to his correct destination and doctor will also be able to see the CT scan shows where the robot is facing the disease. For example, works as a guide of the egg and sperm that means it is also possible solve the problem of infertility

Treat kidney disease with Nano
Machine reconstruction of damaged cells
Use of nanotechnology as an assistant in surgery
Nanoscale devices ( Kantillfar ) able to detect cancer cells very carefully up to the extent of monitoring a single cell. and so on.

7. Risks :

Since the idea is in its infancy, the risks do not learn until after use. But that conducted these operations do not bode good because the expectations of the success of the operations in the nano does not exceed 30%, which causes the disease may lead to eventual death.
