My subject today about Human Resources Management System (HRMS)

Definition
Human Resource Management is a function inside the any organization which concerned with all the input 
and output of the organization particularly for people who work inside the organization.


In my opinion, the Human Resource Management depend on basically about three things as a strategic 
organization, which if we focus about them then the organization will be better which are :
1. mission
2. objective
3. vision


The Activities of Human Resources Management System :
1. Human Resource Management planning
How to start the Business? How to fix their timelines? Which mean How to become after one month? six months? five years?
For example, Amazon. They put their mission, objectives, vision and their timelines. After that they started their Business and achieve more profit.
If the organization walk by good plan and no lack of the plan really it will become more big. Otherwise, the most disease for the organization is lack of purpose.
2. employment.  How to get a talent employees and persuade them? How to maintain your employees? How to improve your employees?
The hardest thing is search about the good employees and if we find them how to persuade them? Before you are able to persuade others think how credible you are to that person or situation. After that, you most have an understanding of people. And most have a good communication skills.
There are many ways which keep  your employees  in your organization. For example, give them a good   price, encourage them, enhance them and give them more freedom.
The improvement for the employees isn't easy because you want have more money and time.

3. work inside the organization and out the organization. How to become a good manager? How to become a good worker? And how to improve your organization?
There are many point which make you a good manager. For example, be a good listener. Then, Be an Effective Communicator, and so on.
Anyone can be a good worker easily. For instance, learn to do your job, and do it well and be part of the solution
Improve your organization be If all the manager and employees walk from the mission by objectives to  vision. Other meaning, all the managers and employees be on the part of solution and together
